Through coaching your mid-level managers and executives we can help you make powerful changes that increase your bottom line.
Your management team has much more knowledge (both conscious and unconscious) about your organization and its efficiency than it can act on. Through Executive Coaching we help your top team sift through what it knows about your organization, focusing on what is most important. Each executive and manager has a unique perspective on how your company can be more efficient, provide better customer service and increase your bottom line.
What sets us apart from most other executive coaches is the Co-active coaching skills that our coaches use to help our clients tap into their unconscious knowledge. Most executive coaches can walk the executive through an executive development plan, we help them tap into their intuition and reconcile that with their cognitive reasoning to choose the best path to have the greatest impact on their world and your bottom line.
Sometimes Executive Coaching focuses on processes. Sometimes, people. The Executive Coach works with the executive or manager to shine light on the issues he/she sees as needing attention. Within one company a coach may be working with different executives on self-development, increased team output, better communication, greater customer satisfaction, increased efficiency, re-allocating resources after downsizing, rebuilding the workforce as business increases, succession planning, employee development or any topic that affects the goals set for the coaching by the company and the manager or executive
Often it is through Executive Coaching that we discover what training or systems most need attention within your organization. The issues that drain your talent's time from more productive work are identified and solutions considered. Coaching is always client led. Once issues surface it is up to the client to choose the direction of the coaching. The client may choose to delve into those issues or to simply absorb the new awareness and work on other areas.
We find that sometimes managers are hesitant to engage in the coaching. Typically, after the initial Discovery Session they have tasted the excitement of new learning and eagerly engage in future sessions.
Executive Coaching can be done in person or over the phone. Both venues are equally effective.
Coaching multiple executives or managers toward a common goal is usually done through Team Coaching. Corporate visioning, goal setting, and issues can be addressed through team coaching. Click here for more information on team coaching.
